It ensures relevant personnel of the airline industry to perform at adequate levels of alertness. Based on ICAO FRM standards our training course delivers an effective regulatory oversight of fatigue risk management and provides the participants with practical tools for integrating the FRM in an SMS. After completion of this training course you will understand how to implement FRM and assess relevant risks. Moreover, you will learn what FRM consists of, how it works, how it improves performance as well as the difficulties you may face during and after implementation.

Due to the fact that FRM is an integrated part of SMS, participants should be acquainted with SMS background. Helpful is an already existing SMS in the company or the implementation shall be at least in progress. Furthermore participants should be familliar with the organisation's schedule and operations. General knowledge about aviation legislation, flight duty time regulations and possible union agreements is also required.

After successfully passing a written exam the participants will receive a certificate at the last training course day.
The FRM Training course starts on the first day at 10 am and terminates on the last day at approximately 4 pm.
